Hola como están?. Les doy la bienvenida otra vez aquí a este blog un tanto disperso estos meses, pero estoy de vuelta; así que, demás está contarles mis razones que literalmente sucedió que se me ha ido de las manos el estrés, espero les guste esta entrada, va con todo mi corazón.

Hoy les voy a contar una pequeña parte de mi que seguramente a muchos les será común, y es ese particular gusto por las bebidas calientes en especial por el té y también el café. Disfruto muchísimo tomarlos a cualquier hora del día, y en verdad si se están preguntando por si acaso esto me provoca falta de sueño debido a la cafeína, pues déjenme contarles que no..!!. Extraño pero cierto.

Esta es una suscripción mensual que encontré gracias a una youtuber, que por ahora no recuerdo su nombre, prometo dejarlo en una entrada acerca de influencers que recomiendo seguir y que se basan en "healtly food", en fin, fue como que un profundo sonido celestial en mi interior al escuchar esto, porque podría probar varios tipos de tés al mes. Por hoy les voy a dejar el unboxing de esta cajita, que es del mes de enero, y que me llego en febrero. Culpable?, USPS haha..!!

Mi cajita incluye 4 tipos de té, dos de ellos descafeinados y los dos restantes, obvio tienen cafeína, lo sé, soy un poco exagerada al explicar. Pero como les dije anteriormente es algo que me agrada, la variedad y pues la pagina de por si y como era normal, ofrece el full size de cada té que te envían para probar, lo cual conviene hasta cierta forma porque yo soy una mujer que toma mucho té, y muchas veces no es como si pudiera probarlos antes de comprarlos, por eso me encanta esta suscripción.

Es realmente una maravilla, estaré bastante ocupada con esto estos dias. Son 4 tipos distintos de té, con y sin cafeína. La caja incluye 10 bolsitas que las puedes rellenar con tu té favorito, por supuesto mi caja incluye dos de este tipo, que vienen dispersos.

Vamos a seguir con lo importante de la cajita y son los tipos de té que contiene, uno de ellos es GRATITUDE de la marca NUMI. Contiene, entre otras hierbas, cedrón (uno de mis favoritos), cúrcuma (desinflamante), manzanilla, rosa , raíz de Equinacea y más. Es libre de cafeína y huele bastante agradable, pienso que se debe al cedrón.

We will continue with the importance of the box and are the types of tea it contains, one of them is GRATITUDE brand NUMI. Contains, among other herbs, cedrón (one of my favorites), turmeric (deflamatory), chamomile, rose, root of Equinacea and more. El segundo té libre de cafeína es NUTTY ALMOND CREAM de TIESTA TEA. Este té ofrece relajarte y un sabor dulce tal cual, un pie de manzana pero en tu tacita caliente de té. Ñamiiii, ya se me antoja probarlo. Contiene trocitos de manzana, almendras, piezas de canela y un par de ingredientes mas incluido un sabor adicional.

The second caffeine free tea is NUTTY ALMOND CREAM from TIESTA TEA. This tea offers to relax and a sweet taste as it is, an apple pie but in your hot cup of tea. Ñamiiii, I already feel like trying it. It contains pieces of apple, almonds, pieces of cinnamon and a couple of ingredients plus an additional flavor.

Después, tenemos este, con un nivel de cafeína medio y es SHIITAKE MATE de CHOICE ORGANIC TEAS. Este ofrece ayudar al sistema inmunológico y la función cognitiva del cuerpo, te dará energía y a la vez ayudará a tu cuerpo con el estrés, y como no, si entre sus ingredientes ademas de la hierba mate, encontramos hongos (Shiitake, cordyceps) que son famosos por sus beneficios para la salud.

Para concluir con mi cafeinado post, les quiero dejar un par de cositas a fin de darles mi punto de vista acerca de esta suscripción. Para serles sincera, creo que esto funciona bien para las personas que como yo, gustan demasiado del té, de por si me parece excelente poder testear varios tipos de té al mes, y si me gusta pues lo compro en tamaño completo, pero para alguien que ocasionalmente toma un té, pues no seria la mejor oferta, o tal vez lo pensarían dos veces antes de invertir ese dinero en una cajita como esta, pero en fin, a mi me encantó y seguiré con la suscripción cada mes :).

To conclude with my caffeinated post, I want to leave you a couple of little things in order to give you my point of view about this subscription. To be honest, I think this works well for people like me, like too much tea, in case it seems excellent to be able to test several types of tea a month, and if I like it then I buy it in full size, but for someone that occasionally tea, because it would not be the best offer, or maybe they would think twice before investing that money in a box like this, but anyway, I loved it and will continue with the subscription every month :).
